Sponsors will need to provide their own tables, tents, chairs, accessories, etc, for their exhibitor booth set up. Race directors will provide designated space for each exhibitor. Set up begins at 6:30 am on race day.
No later than Two-weeks prior to event, Sponsors shall provide Race Directors with the item(s) they wish to be included in the Runner Swag Bags. Race directors will provide instructions for drop-off/pick up of these items.
Sponsors are to provide high resolution logo files at the time of registration. If the provided image is of low resolution or otherwise poor quality, its use on shirts or other printed media is at the discretion of the Race Directors.
