Sponsorship levels for all budgets are available! With incredible marketing opportunities and perks, depending on sponsorship level, which include free race entries, inclusion in the race day program, signage/logos along the course, finish and start lines, water and snack stations, exhibitor booth space, social media recognition, tagging and linking, your name and/or logo on all digital and print media and our website, inclusion in race promotions, logo on race shirt, your promotional goodies in the runner swag bag, and recognition in the post race thank you email.

Volunteers make every event possible! We need volunteers for:
- Packet Pick-up / Registration
- Parking / Traffic Direction
- Water Stations
- First Aid
- Assisting the Race Timer
- Award Distribution
- Medal Distribution at Finish Line
- Clean up
- Swag Bag Assembly (prior to race day)
If you're volunteering to obtain community service hours for a scholarship or other requirement, please bring paperwork to event with you and Bear Warriors United will sign off on your hours worked!

The Why
Bear Warriors United is proud to bring you the 2nd Annual Black Bear Romp 5k! Proceeds from the race will again go to subsidizing the cost of bear resistant trash cans to residents of communities within the Wekiva Basin. In 2021, our inaugural year, we were able to get 235 bear resistant trash cans (an entire semi-truck full!) at a discounted rate of $150 for residents, which was a 40% reduction in retail cost. This year, we hope to exceed that in quantity and discount! Your support of this event means so much to us and our mission to Save Bear Lives One Trash Can at a Time!
